A Little About Us

Thank you for taking a peek at Brindle + Oak! Established in 2014, we are a wedding + events planning, design + production firm based in Colorado! Our expertise, creativity, and passion, paired with your vision, excitement, and love, will create an experience that you + your guests will never forget!

Brindle + Oak, focuses on the bliss + enjoyment you as a couple share throughout your engagement and wedding day. Every event is unique, just like every couple we work with. We look forward to creating with you!

Megan

Founder | Planning | Design

Megan found her love of weddings + events in 2009 and has never looked back. After studying under industry leaders in the wedding world, she forged her way into the industry being classically trained in event design, and a wild passion for next level client experiences. An Ohio Native, Meg put her roots in Colorado with her husband, Caleb, 12 years ago and have grown their family (twins- Charlotte + Beckett + 2 Boston Terriers- Oso + Mo), built a business, a home, and an incredible life in the Colorful State.

Meg is bubbly, runs on espresso, and believes in growing + fostering the wedding community. She loves traveling, 60’s French Pop Radio on Pandora, and gardening (tell us she is in her late 30’s without telling us she is in her late 30’s). She finds true enjoyment in working with happy newly engaged couples, who want to create something unique that reflects how special they are.

Behind the Name

Brindle represents two pieces coming together and making something beautiful! That could mean two people, two ideas, a couple and a wedding planner…

Oak is solid, dependable, and timeless; all qualities you will find in your Brindle + Oak planning team! Oak has a particularly special meaning to B+O's founder, Megan. The first time she and her husband truly combined, or rather, "brindled", their life together was when they purchased their first home on Silver Oak Street.

Michelle

Director | Planning | Design

Michelle Sutton was never the little girl that dreamed of her wedding. Nor was she the little girl that had a dream career in mind. Instead, she had a hint of wanderlust (living in Milwaukee, Iowa City, Chicago, Maui, and now Denver), mixed with an eye for textures, shapes, and patterns, all packaged in a passion for leading her own way. Once she planned her nuptials she couldn't get enough of weddings! She finds inspiration in the details and loves creating the full story of a wedding day.

Stefany

A State of Puebla native, Stefany comes to Brindle + Oak from a luxury planning + design background on the Pacific coast and moved to Colorado for the outdoor adventure, destination weddings and city life! Her passion is all about memorable experiences and focuses on the unique little and big moments that stay in our hearts forever.

When she is not wielding a clipboard + working with B+O duos, you can find her traveling, participating in extreme sports like bungee jumping and white rafter rafting. On a quiet night in, she is relaxing with her husband, sipping green matcha tea, taking Italian lessons and playing chess.

Stefany’s favorite moment of the wedding day is when the couple just got ready and see’s each other for the first time!

Sam

A California native but a Coloradan at heart, Sam and her husband visited Denver as newlyweds and found that the mountains called to them. She now lives just outside of Denver with her husband and two boys.

Outside of wedding planning, you can find her gardening with her chickens, hiking with her family, or enjoying a home cooked meal with friends.

Sam’s favorite thing about wedding planning is seeing the look of pure joy on the couple’s faces as they walk hand in hand back up the aisle as newlyweds.

Adriana

Born in sunny California, Adriana has called Colorado her home for over 20 years and considers herself an honorary Colorado native.

With her free time, Adriana loves to go to concerts, have park days with friends and family, and travel!

Adriana’s favorite part of wedding day is the moment when the couple locks eyes from opposite ends of the aisle and love, anticipation, and excitement fill the air.

Madison

Madison started her career in the wedding industry in 2016 on he West coast and has since focused in corporate and nonprofit events. Her true passion has always been weddings and she feels a huge sense of honor in getting to be a part of a couple's most special day!

Her favorite part of weddings is incorporating really personal details that are unique to the couple and makes the day extra memorable for their guests.

When she isn't working an event, you can find Madison at a yoga class, her nose in a novel, or playing with her pup, Cash.

Jodi

Jodi recently earned her double major of Bachelor’s in Event Meeting and Management and Marketing.

When she is not helping B+O duos wed, you can find her with her sweet family camping, watching sports, having game nights, planting a garden, and traveling.

Jodi’s favorite part of wedding planning is witnessing everything coming together, from the tiniest detail to the biggest decision of the entire process.
